Orders & Shipping within the U.S.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to email us at support@enchroma.com.

EnChroma processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week.

We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.


Shipping Timing

For shipments within the United States, we offer Free Shipping. For all in-stock orders placed before 2pm PT, we will try to ship the same day. Please refer to the chart below for more information about processing time.

IMPORTANT: To calculate when your order will arrive, please add the estimated processing time plus the shipping time (as outlined in the tables above). For example, a prescription order usually takes 2-4 weeks to process. If you choose UPS Second Day, you’ll receive your order in 2-4 weeks processing time plus 2 days shipping time.

For Rx orders shipping in the US:

*Item is custom manufactured to your specific eyeglass prescription. Estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks processing time plus 2-5 days transit time after we have received and reviewed your valid Rx.
