EnChroma processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/ or shipped the following business day.

We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.


For shipments within the United States, we offer Free 2 Business Day Shipping via UPS. For all in-stock orders placed before 3pm PST, we will try to ship the same day. Please refer to the chart below for more information about processing time.

IMPORTANT: To calculate when your order will arrive, please add the estimated processing time plus the shipping time. For example, a prescription order usually takes 3-4 weeks to process. If you choose UPS Second Day, you’ll receive your order in 3-4 weeks processing time plus 2 days shipping time.
