EnChroma processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week.
We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

For shipments within the United States, we offer Free Shipping via UPS. For all in-stock orders placed before 2pm PT, we will try to ship the same day. Please refer to the chart below for more information about processing time.

IMPORTANT: To calculate when your order will arrive, please add the estimated processing time plus the shipping time (as outlined in the tables above). For example, a prescription order usually takes 2-4 weeks to process. If you choose UPS Second Day, you’ll receive your order in 2-4 weeks processing time plus 2 days shipping time.
