Extended Returns Information
We want you to be satisfied with your EnChroma glasses and we stand behind our products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day, worry-free return policy for all products purchased directly through enchroma.com with the exception of items marked as Final Sale.
During the holiday season, we extend our return policy to 90 days, allowing returns until January 31st. After January 31st, the standard 60-day return policy applies.
Return Policy Details
- Eyewear may be returned within 60 days of the date we shipped your order for a full refund. A credit will be issued in the form of amount tendered for the original transaction. A store credit can also be offered for orders shipped to United States addresses. Steps to return an item are listed in the section below. Please repack item carefully in its original condition and include all packing materials. Feel free to keep the balloons.
- Please include your order number or packing list. Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping for international orders.
- This return policy only applies to purchases made on our website (enchroma.com). If your product was purchased elsewhere or at an authorized eye care professional, please contact the original retailer.
- $50 restocking fee applies to Refurbished bundles only as noted.
- Product should be returned with any accessories that were included with the product (with the exception of the balloons). If the item is damaged or incomplete, the returned item may not be accepted or a processing fee may be applied.
- Currently, prescriptions ordered online via enchroma.com ARE returnable with a full refund. Please use the same process below.
- Late returns may be refused or assessed a processing fee, depending on the circumstances.
- No refunds or store credits are offered beyond 60 days.
- No returns, refunds, or store credits are offered on any merchandise marked as Final Sale.

How to Make a Domestic Return
1. To initiate a return within the U.S., please go to enchroma.com/returns to start the process and print a pre-paid return label (label available for Domestic Returns only). During the process you will have a choice to select a return for full refund or store credit (if within 60 days from purchase date). For an exchange, please select store credit and complete the return process. Once the item is received and an email will be sent with the store credit details. For International Returns, see details below.
2. Repack item carefully including all components. Be sure glasses are in original case and including the packing slip and/or include your order number.
3. Ship glasses in original packaging or other padded box and use the pre-paid return shipping label. Go to your local UPS store and mail to:

A UPS Tracking number will be printed on the label. Please make sure to get a receipt (and hold on to it) when you drop off the package. Keep the receipt until you have received your refund.
4. Once package is received, refunds are normally processed within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email or text alert stating that your refund has been processed once complete. You will be contacted if there are any issues.
5. A credit should appear on your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days.

How Do I Make a Gift Return
If you received EnChroma glasses as a gift and would like to make a return, please follow the return process above. The refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days after the returned item is received. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser and form of payment. The original purchaser should receive an email notification after an additional 3 to 7 business days following the refund processing.

How Do I Make an Exchange?
If you would like to make an exchange, a return must be completed and the returned product received before store credit is issued. The store credit can then be used to place a new order for the replacement item. All store credits have no expiration date and can be used for any item on enchroma.com. To complete this process, please follow the returns and exchange process outlined below and return the original item by mail. During the online returns/exchange process, you will have the option to select a refund or receive a store credit. The refund or store credit will be processed to the original purchaser within 1 to 5 business days after the returned item is received. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and issues the store credit if appropriate.
If you were a gift recipient and would like to make an exchange, please contact us at support@enchroma.com. We can help you locate the original order, process the return and issue a store credit to be used for the replacement item.
For Domestic Returns/Exchanges
- Refunds include the price you paid for the item plus any sales tax incurred.
- All glasses are covered by our two-year limited product warranty.

How to Make an International Return

- Currently, we cannot refund any international shipping, duty taxes, and other shipping or import fees. Contact your government agency to explore tax or import fee reimbursement opportunities.
- Include the EnChroma Impact Resistance Certificate with your return shipment so that your package clears customs inspection on arrival in the U.S.
- If you’re returning your order from outside of the United States, please use your local postal service to minimize risk of additional charges and delays in refund processing.
- If you choose to use international shipping service (e.g. UPS, DHL), please be sure to pay all shipping duties and taxes upfront (select “Bill Duties and Taxes to Shipper Option”). If payments are not made upfront, we will be required to hold your returned order until the import fees are billed (which may take up to 120 days). We will issue your refund less any additional import fees billed to us.
- If requested by the shipping service to itemize return item, please use HS Harmonization Code 9801.00.10 for the returned product with a declared value of $10.00.

Once we are informed of the order number and customer information from the original order, we can make arrangements for a full refund to the original method of payment. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available at this time.

For Apparel Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
