Please note these are estimates and international deliveries can be delayed due to customs and other carrier issues. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
We ship to all countries except for Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Myanmar, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Ukraine, Qatar and any other country or region that is prohibited by U.S. law.
Import duties and local sales tax for your country of destination are automatically added to the cost of shipping at the time of checkout. This is called DDP or Delivered Duty Paid (also referred to as Free Domicile).
EnChroma cannot alter its prices or reclassify its products as a gift to avoid import fees. If you would like more information on import duty and local taxes for your country of destination, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that some countries do not accept DDP prepayment and may require payment of these fees at the time of delivery. If the duties and import fees are not paid upon delivery and the package is not accepted, the package will be returned to your local customs office and destroyed. EnChroma cannot issue refunds for abandoned or destroyed merchandise.
EnChroma stands by its products and our 60-day return policy includes our customers worldwide.
If you would would like to make a return from outside the U.S., please see the EnChroma Return Policy for detailed instructions. Due to costs incurred by international shipping, EnChroma can only provide refunds for the cost of the product sold. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, duty and taxes. To obtain a refund for import duty and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
Please use your local postal service to return your order. If using another service, we will hold your returned order until we receive the final bill for any import fees. Once we receive the closing bill, we will issue your refund less any additional import fees billed to us.
