All EnChroma glasses are warranted against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. EnChroma warranty coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original customer or gift recipient.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear; accidents; or intentional alterations. Accidental damage include but are not limited to damage resulting from drops, impact, corrosive chemicals, exposure to extreme temperatures, or heavy pressure. EnChroma has the sole discretion to decide what constitutes a manufacturer’s defect and what constitutes normal wear and tear, accidents, or intentional alterations.
If a warranty claim is made on a product that is no longer available, EnChroma reserves the right to send a replacement product of similar fit and style. For our Fit-to-Frame Service, Enchroma does not provide protection for the customer-provided frames.
For prescription orders, our warranty only covers claims for the same original prescription and measurements provided to us at the time of purchase.
To make a warranty claim, you will need a valid proof of purchase and to return the damaged glasses to us for inspection. If you would like to make a warranty claim for your EnChroma glasses purchased within the last two years, please contact our Customer Support Department. We typically process our warranty claims within one week of receiving the returned glasses.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS SET FORTH ABOVE, ENCHROMA MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.
