Warranty Policy

All EnChroma eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for two (2) years from the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase. EnChroma’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses, or damage to lenses resulting from impacts with the ground or hard surfaces. Additionally, any alterations of EnChroma products (i.e. glasses fit with non-EnChroma lenses) will void warranty coverage. EnChroma’s warranty coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original customer.
 
  • The warranty program does not include product that undergoes normal wear and tear, or is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, scratched, sat on, chewed by a pet, or any other damage that is caused by normal use. EnChroma has the sole discretion to decide what constitutes a manufacturer’s defect, and what constitutes normal wear and tear.
  • If you would like to make a warranty claim for your EnChroma glasses purchased within the last two (2) years, please contact our Customer Support Department. We typically process our warranty claims within one (1) week of receiving the product.
  • If a warranty claim is made on a product that is no longer available, EnChroma reserves the right to send a replacement product of similar fit and style.
