Should I get indoor or outdoor glasses? What's the difference?
Just like sunglasses, our Outdoor lenses are great in bright to partly cloudy sunlight and provide 100% UV blocking. Our indoor lenses have a light tint and work best in your home, office, at school, or in more cloudy, grey conditions. Both work well so its really a matter of personal preference.
Are your glasses available in prescription?
Yes. Most of our frames are available in either single vision or progressive prescription options for an additonal fee. You can find more info on each frame's detail description page. Prescription EnChroma's are also available through an Authorized Retailer.
What's your return policy?

I wanted so bad for them to work better than a pair of outdoor ones that I purchased from a competitor. I am disappointed and my wife suggested returning them after we did a comparison test, and I’m still undecided if I am or not. So that is my reason for the low rating.

I have been looking to try Enchroma for years. And now that I finally have they did not disappoint! I was almost in tears after seeing the different shades of red and how bright and vibrant colors are. After being so impressed not only with the outdoor glasses but the indoor as well, I purchased a third pair (polarized for fishing)! I will also be purchasing a couple pairs for my son who is also color blind. If you are looking at this products just remember to take the test to purchase the correct glasses and remember it may take time to get the full results. Thank you Enchroma!

One arm was significantly lower than the other causing them to sit crooked on my face, making them uncomfortable to wear. Since they're made of plastic, it's not something I can just bend back unfortunately.

Paid for two day shipping it took almost two weeks to come in. Then they dodged my calls and emails trying to get shipping resolved eventually when they did respond they said they would overnight ship it to make up for it. They sent it with regular shipping not overnight and since they have no responded to my emails asking for my refund. Horrible company and for a brand representing a small solution to a big problem it’s pathetic to see how poorly they represent themselves
