About the Artist

As a life long artist I excelled at art class in school. I learned to oil paint at an early age with lessons from a local artist. I attended 2 art colleges and received a degree in fine arts

Artist's Statement

"I was always insecure about painting with CB. I was questioning my choices and second guessing my ability. I eventually left the art field and worked in an unrelated yet creative occupation. After I retired I picked it up again, this time with EnChroma glasses. This has made a great difference in my work and has relieved some of the insecurity I had over color choices."
