I want to start out by saying that Enchroma’s customer service is terrific. I had a small flaw in the first pair that I bought and within about two days after I reported it, they sent me a new pair complementary. It actually said, rush, urgent. That made me feel a little bit guilty, as they really didn’t need to be rushed.

The glasses are fantastic. I often get comments about how great they look and also. they’ve opened up a whole new world of color. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I’m protan red green Colorblind. I always told people who thought my color blindness meant that I couldn’t see the colors green or red that I just can’t see them when they are against a similar background.

What I didn’t know until I got these glasses is that while I can see some shades of red, there were plenty of other shades of red, orange and pink that I was oblivious to, even at times thinking it was gray, black or green.

Now, red stands out like a neon sign, which I suppose is why they use it for important purposes.😀
