I had these glasses for 2 days and while standing outside on a sunny day (precisely the situation the glasses are engineered for...), they just popped and fell from my face. I have had an older pair for nearly 5 years that have withstood hiking, swimming, sports, and just about anything else I did perfectly. This new pair couldn't even last the week.

I am extremely disappointed with the decline in quality while the price point remains at that of luxury brands. I submitted a warranty claim and have yet to hear back from EnChroma in over a week.

I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with my recent purchase I made from Enchroma. As a returning customer, I have previously enjoyed the high-quality frames you provide, but my recent experience has been disappointing.

In the past, I purchased a pair of Enchroma glasses (photo attached) and was very pleased with the quality of the frames. They were durable, heavy, and sturdy with a shiny finish, comparable to Oakleys. They were truly representative of a premium brand. Based on this positive experience, I decided to make another purchase, expecting the same level of quality and craftsmanship.

However, upon receiving my glasses, I was extremely disappointed to find that the frames were of a significantly lower quality. The frames appeared cheap, light weight and flimsy, with a matte finish honestly resembling glasses you get for free at a 3D movie. They are not durable like my former pair. This is not the standard I expected from Enchroma, especially considering my positive experience in the past.

As a loyal customer, I am deeply dissatisfied with this purchase and feel that the quality of the product does not justify the price I paid. I kindly request that you address this issue and provide a solution, whether it be a replacement with a higher quality frame, or a refund. I value the innovative technology of Enchroma glasses and hope to continue being a customer, but the current state and decline of your product is concerning.

These glasses have brought colors into my world, like the roses turning red and the grass becoming green.

These glasses, gifted to me by my friends, have been a life-changing present. They've transformed my color perception, particularly with greens and reds, making them the best gift I've ever received.

P.S. I always knew Mazda had a signature color called Soul Red Crystal, but it wasn't until 34 years later that I finally realized the reason behind it.
