We recently got the Durant Black Outdoor Deutan Plano glasses for my 9-year-old son because he was having trouble seeing the baseball on cloudy days. We knew he had colorblindness since he was 2 because he was unable to learn his colors accurately. While he is able to distinguish some colors, he has always had trouble with shades and the different between blue and purple.
I was a bit nervous to get the glasses, fearing they wouldn't work or worse he would feel like he missed out on something being colorblind. While it took some time to get used to the glasses, the adjustment was well worth it. For the first time, he can see the red laces on a baseball, which has significantly improved his confidence and accuracy at the plate, making baseball even more enjoyable for him.
The glasses are perfect for an active child. I highly recommend the glasses, they have truly transformed my son's experience on the field.

My child would not take them off! He’s so happy it’s made a huge difference for him. He had them on for the first time at Disney and wore them until he fell asleep. So thankful for them
