Return and Shipping Policies
The EnChroma store accepts all major credit cards for purchase. If the item is not in stock, your card will not be charged until the item is shipped.
Sale of any items discounted from its regular price are limited to two per customer.
Discounts cannot be combined.
All EnChroma product purchased through this website may be returned within 30 days of the ship-date of the order.
To initiate a return authorization, send email to email@example.com. Reference your order number, date of purchase and describe the reason for the return. We will reply within 3 business days providing shipping instructions for the returned item. Your money will be returned in full if the item IS NOT DAMAGED.
Please take special care of your EnChroma eyewear during the first 30 days to ensure that the return is not refused.
Shipping and Delivery
Due to U.S. export laws, EnChroma may not ship to Iran, Cuba or any other country prohibited by U.S. law. EnChroma may not ship to any country which does not permit the importation of our product. EnChroma is not responsible for delays, blocks or additional fees or taxes imposed by customs during importation of any shipment.
For orders outside of the USA, please note that an import duty tax may be imposed by the Customs department of the destination country.
The following are estimated import duty rates plus local sales tax for sunglasses:
Canada: 5% (+10% GST)
Brazil: 60% (+40% ICMS)
Australia: 5% (+10% GST) (0% if total purchase less than AUS $1000)
China: 12% (+17% VAT)
Russia: 5% (+ 12% VAT) (0% if total imports less than $1000.00 per month)
France: 2.9% (+ 7% VAT)
Japan: 5.3% (+ 5% Consumption Tax)
United Arab Emirates: 5%
EnChroma is not responsible for import duty fees. EnChroma does not guarantee that the estimated duty rates given above are accurate. A local sales tax (GST, VAT, Consumption tax, etc) may be imposed in addition to the import duty given above. EnChroma is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes imposed during importation of the product.
