Domestic Returns:

Before you decide to make the return, we’d like to ask: Did you wear your Enchroma glasses for at least 5-10 hours? Your brain and eyes need time to adjust to the new lenses. For some people, the effect is immediate, but for others, it can take hours, sometimes days. We recommend giving your glasses a little more time if you haven’t already. We don’t want you to miss out!

Return Policies

Returns must be postmarked by the return deadline, which is within 60 days of the date we shipped your order.
Returns must be in their original condition and, when possible, in their original packaging. Damaged, marked, or scratched frames or lenses cannot be returned. Items sent back without the original packaging must be securely packaged to avoid any damage while in transit.
Returns should include the original packing slip, included in the box upon delivery. If it is not available, a printed copy of the order confirmation email with your order number can be substituted. If neither of these is possible, please ensure that your order number is clearly recorded on the outside of the packaging for your return to ensure it can be matched with the correct order for your refund.
You don’t need to return the balloons that came with your package.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Keep your return tracking details until you receive your refund.
Refunds include the price you paid for the item plus any applicable California sales tax.
Refunds do not include any shipping costs or international import fees, customs duties, or local taxes.
For Fit to Frame orders, return your eyewear so that we can remove the lenses and mail the frames back to you. A processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our costs. Find out more about our Fit to Frame Service.

International Return Instructions

To return your order, mail your glasses and the original packing slip to:

Include the Enchroma Impact Resistance Certificate with your return shipment so that your package clears customs inspection on arrival in the U.S.
Declare at least a $10 value or specify that any duty should be charged to the shipper. Do not declare a $0 value.
Enchroma refunds the product purchase price – no shipping costs or customs fees are refunded in the event of a return, and return shipping is considered to be the customer’s responsibility.

*Please return using your local postal service.* Due to additional taxes and brokerage fees from international shipping carriers, we are forced to wait for the closing bill to issue refunds for orders shipped using any carrier but the local postal service. We expect this part of the process to take anywhere from several weeks to more than a month after receiving the return (depending on the carrier used). We issue refunds as soon as we get the closing bill, less any additional taxes billed to us during the shipment.
