EnChroma products are designed and locally made at our headquarters in Berkeley, California, which is one of the regions currently experiencing a growing number of COVID-19 cases caused by the coronavirus. Basic operations will continue while we support our employees and ensure their safety. We have reduced our warehouse operations crew to the minimum number of staff needed to ensure consistent processing of delivery and returns, and asked all other employees to work from home.
During this period, the vast majority of our products will still ship with the same speed and service. However, orders for customized products such as prescription (Rx) glasses may take longer than normal. In addition we expect our returns processing department to take longer than normal as we are experiencing delays in shipment of packages through the US Postal Service (USPS).
