In a world&buying market that has become so digital, where human interaction has become less frequent and much more condensed, it is a breath of fresh air to come into contact with someone like Belle (the customer service representative that helped me buy my second pair of glasses).
She was immediate with all of her email responses, providing relevant information and showing loyalty to a returning customer. It wasn’t the cookie cutter “sales representative communication” we’ve become used to in the world. She went above and beyond to make a personal connection with me while I was inquiring about a new pair of glasses. It’s amazing that I can become so much more invigorated with a product that I have been so happy with over the years, simply because of my customer service experience. This woman has a passion and a gift for her work. She truly cared about my thoughts/experiences with the news glasses after my purchase, and is working with me on fixing a lens issue I had (see the notes soon to be added to my last purchase order). People like Belle are what make people become return customers (and I don’t even know what she looks like!).
Also, glasses are great. Frames are AMAZING!!! I have gotten so many compliments on them.
