How does this warning relate to EnChroma glasses?

Like most eyewear frames, EnChroma frames may contain stainless steel hardware components such as wire, hinges and screws. Stainless steel is an alloy of iron, chromium and nickel. Metallic nickel has been classified as a possible carcinogen and is on the Prop 65 warning list.

What testing does EnChroma perform on its frames?

EnChroma uses an independent third party laboratory to test its frames and lenses for compliance with international standards including EN 16128:2015. EnChroma frames are compliant with the requirement for upper limit of nickel migration as specified in paragraph 1(b) and (c) of entry 27 of Annex XVII to the REACH. REACH is a European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals. However, the REACH is not recognized by the State of California. What I've been missing without knowing it

my gf got these for me and wow. At first, there is a red tint, but it goes away and life unfolds. I'm naming and describing colors now the way my loved ones are. I'm seeing gorgeous sunsets I already thought were gorgeous. The best way I can describe what these glasses do is help separate colors, which makes them stand out. I see division between various shades of greens, reds, yellows, oranges. In some instances, what I see as brown is actually red with the glasses on. Which is what normal vision people see. At other times, I see what normal vision people see too. What makes the difference for me varies with the type of media (as in print, phone, and real life), the distance, and the surrounding colors. Those all seem to be factors in my shift of color vision. Either way, I've asked my girlfriend if I could keep the glasses. I think it's fair to say they are life-changing.

Fantastic apart from fogging up

I love the nice bright colours I can see with the glasses, they make bike riding much more fun. I put them a little bit down my nose to try stop them fogging up as I get sweaty from riding but they still fog up a bit.
