How does this warning relate to EnChroma glasses?

Like most eyewear frames, EnChroma frames may contain stainless steel hardware components such as wire, hinges and screws. Stainless steel is an alloy of iron, chromium and nickel. Metallic nickel has been classified as a possible carcinogen and is on the Prop 65 warning list.

What testing does EnChroma perform on its frames?

EnChroma uses an independent third party laboratory to test its frames and lenses for compliance with international standards including EN 16128:2015. EnChroma frames are compliant with the requirement for upper limit of nickel migration as specified in paragraph 1(b) and (c) of entry 27 of Annex XVII to the REACH. REACH is a European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals. However, the REACH is not recognized by the State of California. Derby Cx3 Sunglasses

My first time using color-correcting glasses of any kind and it is a significant change for me. After wearing the Derby Cx3 outdoor sunglasses my dad bought me, I'm definitely going to buy indoor ones at some point. The value is absolutely there, just need to save up for them.

My Mind is Blown!

I have struggled with strong protean colorblindness my entire life. I was skeptical at first that these glasses would make a difference but boy was I wrong. I first wore them yesterday, and for the first time in my life, I can see what red really looks like. I can see the green in a green stop light and my sweaters that look blue and brown to me are actually different shades of green! Love these glasses

I have been considering Enchroma glasses for a couple years but was unsure how severe my deficiency was and if they’d truly help. After a couple hours of wearing I can absolutely tell a difference in how saturated natural colors are vs. what I normally see.
