How does this warning relate to EnChroma glasses?

Like most eyewear frames, EnChroma frames may contain stainless steel hardware components such as wire, hinges and screws. Stainless steel is an alloy of iron, chromium and nickel. Metallic nickel has been classified as a possible carcinogen and is on the Prop 65 warning list.

What testing does EnChroma perform on its frames?

EnChroma uses an independent third party laboratory to test its frames and lenses for compliance with international standards including EN 16128:2015. EnChroma frames are compliant with the requirement for upper limit of nickel migration as specified in paragraph 1(b) and (c) of entry 27 of Annex XVII to the REACH. REACH is a European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals. However, the REACH is not recognized by the State of California. Wow

Never knew I was colorblind until I took a physical for a job. Ordered the lenses right away. Greatly surprised at how fast they arrived, considering I live in Cape Breton, Canada.
Tried them on the day that they arrived, tried another colorblind test and I passed! I can see the colors. Still wearing them as they are now part of my uniform!! Well worth the money spent

I love them!!

The colors I’ve notice is subtle, but do in fact work for me. I have a big head, and these Greyson fit well enough for me. I’m able to wear them for at least 2-3 hours before needing to taking a 15-20 min break. I’d buy another pair once they come out with more styles for indoor use. With that said, I use them mostly for gaming and watching movies.

Worth a Million

Oh my goodness! My son put these glasses on and the shock he had. A whole new world. It was in a fabric store where white walls and beautiful Batik fabrics are designed so colors everywhere. He was in total amazement. The owner of the store who is a color specialist, gave him a few test with the balloons before he put them on along with a fabric of red and greens apples on it. Of course he named quite a few of the balloons wrong and did not see the colors in the fabric. He put them on renamed the balloons the correct color and the apple fabric he was stunned that it was two separate colors and not just the outline of 2 brown apples. He was just beside himself with joy, A man that loves Gardening, flowers, animals (he has a Airedale dog and went home and said Oh My Goodness Archie you are red, and beautiful). I cried at the thought he was so blind to color. I have 2 other sons that are also color blind. As soon as I can save up I will definitely try to get the glasses for them. What an experience to have. Can't wait for him to see the blooms of spring. Thank You.
