My son has been asking for colour blind glasses for a few years. He is a profound red-green deuteranomaly and I was worried they wouldn’t work! The second he put them in red and orange “changed” and he saw them for the first time. He is amazed and loves the beauty of the world that we take for granted. He wears them all the time and is constantly amazed at how different the places he had gone daily is so amazing. As he said “my world was so sad mommy, you’re world is beautiful!” I will look into contacts when he is older so can always see this beautiful world. We will also be trying Zander’s glasses on his great-grandad, his grandad, and all of male cousins who are also colour blind. It’s amazjng that we might have a chance to change a generation view as Zander puts it his old world of mud!
